Dr. Sebesta is Professor of Medicine and Chair of the Second Department of Medicine at Klinik Donaustadt in Vienna, Austria. He is Chairman of the Vienna Cancer Center and Science Center Donaustadt, and former Head of the Boltzmann Cluster for Translational Oncology & Stem Cell Transplantation at Klinik Donaustadt Medical Center in Vienna. Dr. Sebesta obtained his M.D. degree and clinical residency and fellowships at the University of Vienna, University Clinic of Helsinki, Karolinska Institute and Charité Hospital Berlin. He previously served as Visiting Attending Physician at the Rudolfstiftung Hospital (Vienna), Klinikum Rechts der Isar (Munich), University Hospital Hamburg Eppendorf (Hamburg), the Radcliffe Infirmary (Oxford), and at the School of Oncology (Milan).
